Employee Bulletin: A bulletin is made to inform employees about emergencies as soon as possible. Usually, it hangs on a bulletin board.
Newspaper: Newspaper is a widely used for communication with employees. Company’s plans, policy, procedure objectives, problems are published in it. As a rule, it is published weekly.
Reading rack: The shelf can be used to place the necessary books for employees to read and learn.
Note. Notification is an important part of communicating within the company. It’s used, for example, to invite workers to a special meeting.
Complaints Book: The Complaints Book can be kept in a specific location for employees to write their complaints in it.
Memo: Memo is a popular medium of internal written communication. A memo is a short form of letter commonly used to communicate with employees of the same organization.
Report: A report is a systematic statement of facts and conclusions that contains information obtained from proper investigation and examination and assessment of any past event related to a specific topic or issue that helps in decision making.
Letters/emails: Writing of those things is one of the most important parts of written communication. There are a lot of rules and tips about writing a good letter.
